Children’s rooms, kindergartens and childcare services
In response to the insufficient supply and availability of childcare services, some organizations are now installing special rooms in their facilities, designed for their employees’ children, with or without a supervisor. A kindergarten may also be established for the needs of the organisation’s employees. Rooms for children should be adapted to their individual needs – to prepare for lessons, for recreation or education, etc.
In the absence of a children’s room or kindergarten within the organization, the costs of childcare (kindergarten or babysitter) incurred by employees may be reimbursed by the employer, by establishing a reimbursement period and/or a reimbursement percentage, in the case of partial reimbursement.
